We rely on the ATP boost matrix consisting of D-ribose, beta-alanine and Creapure®. The boost allows your muscles to tire later and improves nutrient transport. This means you can perform for longer and have power for sprints and passes.
In contrast to boosters, which often contain high doses of caffeine for the effect, we do without it completely! You can use the BOOST before EVERY training session and game - your body will not get used to the effect. On the contrary: the longer and more often you take the BOOST, the more the full effect of the ingredients unfolds.
Simply mix 20g (1 scoop) of our BOOST with 300ml of water. The best way to do this is to use our MATCHDAY SHAKER. Then drink the BOOST in sips 20 minutes before training or a match. If you feel a slight tingling sensation after taking it, you are doing everything right!
